I attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and received my accounting degree from the University of Minnesota.  I spent 6 years with a “Big 4” accounting firm before starting my own firm.  That firm, House and Nezerka, ultimately grew into the current office of the regional firm Baker Tilly, LLP.  For 25 years I served as managing partner of the local firm and ultimately the local office of Baker Tilly.   During my time as a managing partner I was included in Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly list of “Super CPA’s” 

After leaving the firm in 2008 I have worked on an individual consulting basis from Phoenix AZ.
